“Foss Jewelers custom made all of our rings plus other jewelry for our wedding. Came in with photos of exactly what we were looking for and they were able to make exactly what we wanted. We wanted a jeweler that was local that could personally care for our jewelry for years to come instead of buying online. Prices were better than everywhere we had looked online. Foss shipped in multiple diamonds for us to examine as we (me) were very particular on the quality expected. We were very impressed with all of the work that was done, the customer service we received (shout out to Scott who helped us with everything) and would bring all of our future jewelry projects back to Foss without hesitation.”

“I visited Kay Jewelers at the Susquehanna Mall during the Christmas season last year and a very nice associate named Sunny helped me. It was due to Sunny's customer service and her interactions with me that I decided I would continue using this location. I went there this past Saturday to see Sunny and drop off some jewelry to be repaired. I was expecting it to take 2 weeks like always and they called yesterday to let me know it's already back. Wow talk about customer service!!
I've always used the Kay's in Harrisburg at Colonial Park Mall, but due to the new manager Emily Helm that helped me the last time I was there I decided to never go there again. She was very rude and it's sad considering that all of my jewelry has come from Kay's.
But it's ok the Kay's in Susquehanna Mall just gained a new customer and I highly recommend this location!!”
