I had out of town company coming in on short notice and I wanted to get my Jeep suitable for a company. They didn't have any regular appointments available but they worked after hours to accommodate my special request. Even on short notice and out of schedule they delivered everything I asked for and more. Excellent work! I highly recommend them to me anyone who needs their services. “Such a convenient spot to wash your dog! It has everything you need, and while it’s not always spotless, dog washing is a messy job to begin with. The price is a bit steep at $14 for 10 minutes (wash, dry, and sanitize), but overall I still think it’s a great place.”

“I recently took my "new-to-me" 2021 BMW X7 M50i to Nate at North Pitt Auto Spa for paint correction, Paint Protection Film and ceramic coating. I was referred to Nate by a friend involved in Pittsburgh Cars N Coffee and was told he was one of the best in the area.Nate was very professional, responsive, and did an awesome job. “There 3 automatic bays and 4 self spray bays. Multiple machines that have air freshners,towels and few other things for cleaning your vehicle. Barely ever have to wait unless it's a beautiful day out in the middle of winter.”

“There are instructions which are helpful, hard not to hit your car with the excess hose. Make sure if you hand wash to have about $20 in change. The pre soaking alone uses about 5 minutes since its a low pressure soak”

“It's a good place to get a no-touch car wash. It's gentle on the car but powerful enough to get the dirt off. It takes only a few minutes to get in and out and there are free vacuums to use after your wash as well. I think it should be maybe $2 less money, for what it really is. But it is effective after you do a hand drying.”

“Great staff at this location—everyone is always friendly and helpful. I do have one complaint, though. I think the tire shiner may need to be adjusted or serviced. Every time I go through, it leaves a very heavy, greasy film along the entire driver’s side of my vehicle, from front to back, including the wheels. It’s almost like a thick grease and can be pretty difficult to remove. I don’t have this issue when I use the Harmar or Gibsonia locations.
I’d also suggest looking at the blowers, especially along the sides of the vehicle. My car is usually still pretty wet when I exit the wash, and I don’t always have time to pull over and dry it afterward. Maybe adjusting the existing blowers or adding larger ones for the sides would help.
Overall, I really like this location and the staff, I’d just love to see those couple of things improved.”
