“The Urgent care is fabulous. We had a great visit at Windrose Urgent Care with a great team. Stacey, Allison, Sarah, Kalina and Dr. Elgin were so attentive to my cat's care. She was promptly taken back for treatment and now is feeling better than ever! We love you all at Windrose Animal Hospital!!!! “I usually don't write the review on the website, but my experience with dr. Nicole and the staffs is beyond my satisfaction. My fur baby, Bohmi is an extremely anxious and agitated dog from rescue and hardly any technicians can even draw her blood for the test due to her anxiety. But they successfully finished all the test and they really care for our baby girl and I deeply appreciate their warm, kind also excellent professionalism today. thank you.”
“This is hands down the BEST Veterinary Hospitals I have been to with my animals. They are so considerate, they listen, they explain the process that will be needed to help your animal and answer questions prior to doing anything. The environment is so clean, it smells amazing (not like a wet dog). The products they sell are reasonably priced and the staff is OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend going here for the ultimate care for your animal. They also have a Pet Hotel and a Grooming area.

“We have been bringing our dogs here for multiple years, essentially for most of their lives, and truly cannot recommend Dr. Ibrahim enough!! Over the years, he has always been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring toward both our dogs (and us!) It has always been clear that he truly cares about his patients and the people who love them.
One of the things we appreciated most was how thoughtful and honest he was when it came to their care. He always gave us his recommendations, explained our options, and helped us make informed decisions without ever pressuring us into unnecessary treatments or procedures. He was also very mindful of cost and would look for ways to save us money whenever possible, which meant a lot to us!
After trusting him with our dogs for so many years, we are genuinely sad to be leaving only because we are moving out of the area. Finding a vet you completely trust with pets who are part of your family is so important, and we have always felt that Olive and Clive were in great hands with him.
We are incredibly grateful for the care he has given them over the years and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a veterinarian who is compassionate, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly cares about both his patients and their families. We will absolutely miss having him as our vet! 🤍”
“I’ve been going here for well over 20 years! I have found this doctors office to be nothing but professional and patient even with the craziest of pet parents!! Dr Larimer is absolutely the best. If he ever retires I will no longer have any pets…. Grace is exceptional and Cheryl has been always the sweetest and loving towards animals that don’t even belong to her!! “They always was good to us they helped my dog out and tried meds for his sezuires and always took the time to answer my questions and I rate them 5 stars but they was up front with me that my dog had epilepsy sezuires they helped him with meds but unfortunately my dog I had to put down they kept him alive I year extra and unfortunately my dog got so very sick and was suffering 5 days ago I unfortunately had to make an hard descion to put him down the Dr who put him down for me ,was very nice explained everything he was doing with my dog he let me have an few min before he put him down to say my good byes and after my dog passed the Dr gave me an few min to say good byes again the Dr there that day did an amazing job he let me have an few min to decide to if I wanted to put my dog down then he came in and asked do you want to put him down I made the descion to put him down he was really suffering I really miss my dog I made the best descion I know cause my male dog was suffering and I didn't want no more suffering for him I miss my dog lots but at least he is in no more pain and suffering I took very care of my dog I had to be with him every day for 4yrs he never wanted me to leave my parents watched him so I could go places but I came back right away I gave him alots of great care at home he was so spoiled and loved at our house we all three watched him ,I always had someone home with him to be there to watch him closely I miss him but I have good memories of him he loved the staff at green valley vets ,and I got him what he wanted my dog til he passed away”

“Dr Brian is the best. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Have used other vets in the past now my pets will not ever go elsewhere. They listen to you and give you the treatment plan that is best for your pet. My Beagle Hank is very comfortable with then. Their pricing is very reasonable. ??”
“Routine visit Dr. Niko really seems to love Animals. Everyone was very nice to both of us. And one thing I do like about this practice is if there’s someone there that’s putting their dog down daylight a candle and there’s a note. They’re asking anybody who comes in. You know to keep their voice low and respect them. That’s nice.”
“BThis vet hospital makes you feel like your entering a home rather then a office. Staff is very friendly and my pets love going to them . You are aloud to go back with your pet into exam rooms.
Where other vets you are left out in the lobby while your pet is taken in the back.
I also love how they have a little shop and a very nice kennal attached to vets if you need boarding and a seperate building to go to that you can spend your last moments with your animal and not feel like you are being rushed.
You will love going here and your pet will love going as well. In the end that is what matters that your pet feels safe and comfortable.”
“I so appreciated garden veterinary getting me in soon to check on my 32 year old cockateil Sunny. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and I will definitely take the drive to cranberry again. They helped me with a recipe for pain control and antibiotics. Sunny is singing again.”
“Highly recommend the Twinbrook team -- they are extremely knowledgeable; polite; and timely in responding to concerns I've left via voicemail during off-hours. They always do their best to accommodate your pet's needs -- even when we were on vacation and boarded our pup -- when there was a medical need; the owner of the Pet Resort took our boy there the same day when he was having stomach issues. I also highly recommend their groomer for any long haired terrier breed!!”
“I had a sick panther chameleon. And the Doctor was very, very good with the animal and very knowledgeable. I would definitely send anyone that has a sick pet. Especially A Exotic pet, if you have any type of snake?
Turtle lizards or any other type of exotic pet bird. I would definitely take your animal to. This Doctor is very Good my Panther chameleon Ozzy ozzy is still on the road to recovery.But he looks like he is going to make it.Thank you very much doc.”

“This was Cubby’s first visit to this veterinary hospital, and I will never take him anywhere else. I am extremely happy with all the staff members and the Doctor who examined him here. And to be quite honest, Cubby was not the only patient treated today. They lessened my anxiety by a great deal too. You can tell these people love animals. Everything was clearly explained to Me about Cubby’s health and I was not offered unnecessary services to inflate the bill. The cost was very affordable so much so that I donated to Paisley Paws too. I love this place.”

“Dr. Haywood & Glady are simply amazing. I moved to the area in 2019 and was referred to Dr. Haywood by a patient of mine. The past 4 years have been the very BEST veterinary care my dogs have ever received. I have been impressed with the loving, personable attention they provide. I have two rescue dogs that'll be turning 9 & 10 this year. This office has done dental cleanings on both my dogs and most recently an eye surgery on my Copper boy. His eye turned out fantastic with no issues post op. Any time I have an issue with my boys, I can always rely on them to get my pups in quickly. When I leave the dogs for surgery I have not one ounce of anxiety or worry, I know they are in the best hands. Glady is excellent with instructions and they both always have a calm demeanor. If you want premier pet care for your fur babies, this is the place to go!”
“The staff at this vet hospital are amazing. They truly love and care for animals. It was so nice to get a email from the Dr regarding my dogs lab results. The email was detailed but easy for me to understand as a non medical guy. I also really like that this hospital is privately owned and not a corporate hospital.”

“Dr. Reinoso and the staff are the absolute best and kindest people you could entrust the care of your animal to. We discovered our cat had hyperthyroidism a couple months ago and they worked so diligently with us to try and get the issue under control but unfortunately our efforts were unsuccessfully. Dr. Reinoso went above and beyond for us on our last visit as our cat’s condition was deteriorating calling specialists and getting all the information she could for us so that we could make the best and most informed decision on the care of our little guy. There is no other place I would bring my pets to, they truly care for your animal as if they were their own.”
