“I think most of us would agree that car shopping can be dreadful, especially when dealing with pushy salespeople. When I called Thornton, I was pleasantly greeted by Tyler, who was very knowledgeable about the car I had seen online. Tyler was extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout the entire car-buying process. Thornton was also very accommodating and allowed me to put the car on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage, which I really appreciated.
After purchasing the car, I discovered a few minor issues that were resolved quickly through the service department with Tyler’s assistance. I’m giving four stars only because the interior and exterior of the car could have been detailed better. Other than that, my overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Tyler if you’re looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!”

“Came in expecting to have to replace my tire or possibly both on the back. Jay in there was super honest about it being a valve issue that could be easily corrected. I opted to go home and wait and I had a call in less than an hour that it had been repaired. Spare was returned back into my trunk and I was back to business as usual! “I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

“Came for an oil change apparently when everyone else in the area decided to. They let me know the wait time which stated was 20 mins. Ended up waiting closer to 40. Workers being yelled at by customers but they kept their cool. My number was finally called and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service and reasonable staff. Be patient if there are others there as they can only move as fast as the oil flows.”
