I had a phone hat powered up but the screen didn't display. Asked him if he could retrieve my contacts and transfer to the new phone and 20 minutes later I was outta there with a new phone and completely satisfied. “We have been with ATT for many years dating back to when it was called Cingular. We tried other carriers prior, but at that time were charged roaming in areas ATT did not. Flash forward to today, we have service at our camp where many neighbors struggle to get signal with the competition. For us there is no shopping around. We have a reliable service that we are very pleased with. I am glad they are once again offering free phone (or minimal charge) upgrades with a contract to avoid paying full price for a new phone. This was costly and a hardship at times and should not have been necessary for loyal, long standing customers.
I gave them four stars because recognizing customers longevity is an area needing improvement.”

Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!”

“Went to a Verizon licensed store in Washington it was an authorized retailer. Well that was a mistake. At first one associate started to help me. My internal speaker was not working. He wanted to sell me another phone. When I decided I didn’t want that. He asked if I had insurance on phone. Which I did. Then a couple came in that he was helping earlier and he passed me off to another associate who really didn’t seem like they were interested in helping me. So I decided to leave that store and head to the store in Monaca where I bought my phone and have done business there for the past 20 years. I explained to the associate what was happening with my internal speaker he pointed me to another associate who took my phone and cleaned the cover on the speaker and now it’s working great. I wish I would’ve have gotten both of their names. Stand up people with great customer service. So long story short I didn’t need to replace my phone at all. Just needed some love on the internal speaker. That is the reason why I will remain a Verizon customer.”
“I went to T-Mobile to check out some deals on a new iPhone, and I had a lot of questions to make sure T-Mobile was a good fit for my area and work needs. Micah had every answer for me, answered my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to get my phone number switched from my previous carrier. Micah was on the phone with my previous carrier for 3-4 hours trying to get them to release my old number, and he was determined to get everything straightened out before I left. He did an outstanding job and made me a happy customer 10/10.”

He went above and beyond by doing such an excellent job of helping me get my phone back on track ASAP. I am a Lyft driver, and I just can not afford to have my phone offline and not fully operate properly or I will not be able to make any profits at all. Daymon had throughly explained my options and helped me with the process of getting me back online with Lyft right away. I now have a newly upgraded phone, a much better suited protective cellphone case cover, and also a very great screen protector as well. “Meaning to post over a month ago, a young man named terry brought 3/4 of his own portable battery packs in for Verizon customers to use during the awful tropical storm and power outage. I have a business and livestock to maintain, with his help I was able to string everything along. He is a kind kind soul!”
