“The 5 gallon lid is primitive. Lowes has a screw on lid with a pour adapter available. Sherwin Williams pull tab breaks with no access other than removing the lid. Not pour friendly!!”
“I love this Sherwin-Williams location on Perry Hwy in Wexford, Pa.The staff is very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the customer service, not only towards me, but to the other customers in the store as well. Customer service these days seems to be at an all time low in many industries, it’s refreshing to see a company who obviously places customer service and education over “making the sell”.Steve, the manager, is personalable and an outstanding asset to the company. Hannah greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a big friendly smile and she was very helpful helping me choose deck stain. Elijah was helpful as well. he mixed up a 2nd gallon for me when I called a few hours later, and it was ready for pick up right away!”

“This Sherwin-Williams store sells paints, primers, stains, brushes, roller frames and covers, sand papers, tapes, trays, etcetera. When I shopped here, an employee promptly greeted me and assisted me with finding color samples for interior paints. I liked the free color chips in all colors and the reasonably priced peel-and-stick samples in the most popular colors.”

“This is the absolute best paint shop I’ve ever been to. I needed to stop in for some paint for a sitting room and had my 2 year old and 4 year old in tow.
Let’s just say it wasn’t our finest outing… the kids were very excitable. Hugh was incredible in response. He treated my kids like gold and calmed them down- the way he took care of us all was above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen in any retail environment! He’s an all star and I can’t say enough kind things about him! Oh, and the cherry on top is that the paint looks great, too. Thank you Sherwin Williams and especially Hugh!”
