Love this studio, especially Rachel’s classes are excellent! Super clean, spacious, good amount of heat. I will say experience isn’t required, but I feel like it would be hard to start yoga here. Highly recommend!

People are always nice and I love the way hot yoga make me feel. The yoga positions are not too hard for a novice.
