I put the wrong city on a package- I moved to a neighboring town. Called to see what could be done. Said they had the package in the truck but didnt have the time to get it out.
A few stars for the info but so disappointing; I have to resubmit / do a return on a few hundred dollar order because of this.

I have important packages and mail sent to local family members because service has been so unreliable for the last several years. The list of issues is exhausting.

Just Awful..My Documents have Been Missing For Over a Month..I reissued the Documents Thru UPS AND FEDEX..Mission Accomplished in 3 Days..Meanwhile My Cancelled Documents Are Somewhere in the Postal System via Certified Mail..Just Pitiful..
