“I found this place through Google Maps. I was visiting friends and needed to send some things back to my home before I flew back. My friends didn't know this place existed. I think they are happy that I discovered it as they will likely be using it as needed. Very friendly staff, and they definitely know what they're doing. They make it a very simple process, I walked in with my package, they fixed what I had done so it was more secure, affixed the label and VOILA it was on its way. We were in and out in a few minutes. I don't think it was related to Pack N Ship but my delivery made it a little bit earlier than anticipated. I know where I'm going next time I visit my friends when I need something delivered back to my home. I'm pretty sure they know where they will go when they need this type of service as well. ??? Three thumbs up.”

“It's super easy to get to, which is awesome. But what really stood out was how nice the person helping me was, especially since Spanish is my first language. My English is still a work in progress, but they were so patient, dedicated, and attentive. It's a great spot, and that's why I'm telling everyone about it.”

“If you have questions about the status of a package or just need to get in touch with someone at a USPS location, this is definitely the place to call! They actually answer the phone and take the time to listen and help with your questions, which is so appreciated. They’re also very helpful when it comes to shipping and will explain your options and help you figure out what works best for you. Just keep in mind that they can get pretty busy, especially around lunchtime, so the parking lot and inside the post office may be a little crowded. Overall, I’ve always had a great experience with this location and really appreciate how helpful and friendly the staff is!”

“Installers were professional and took a lot of time to hook up my dryer vent. They took my old dryer, installed the new one, cleaned up all shipping material and hauled everything away. They were polite and mindful of my home and property. Communicating with them was somewhat harder because English was not their native language.”

“I was so impressed with Cheryl this morning. We took a box in which was so large that it would have cost $123 to ship. She encouraged us to cut the box down to half the size, as long as the contents would allow. She kindly assisted us in doing that and sealed it up. We ended up paying $60 instead of $123. She took her time with us and was very professional and helpful. You should give her a raise!!”

10675 Perry Highway, Wexford PA 15090
“This is my first time at the Wexford location and I had a great experience. I went to 2 other post offices to find the right box to mail a backpack. I was quoted $35 at one, another didn't have a smaller box. Thankfully I found this friendly post office with excellent customer service. It's well stocked. Extremely helpful employee Molly helped me find the perfect box and offered to help reinforce sealing the box. Great customer service. Steven was also very helpful with check out. I saved $10 coming here. I watched both Molly and Steven interact with other customers and they were so friendly I can tell they enjoy their job and the customers like coming in. Overall a positive vibe.”

914 5th Ave, Coraopolis PA 15108
“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”

19095 Perry Highway, Mars PA 16046

101 Union Avenue, Oakdale PA 15071
“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”
