“My cat Pearl has a heart murmur and I was very nervous to spay her because of the risk. Dr. Boyle was very honest and explained the risk of Pearls heart under anesthesia. She agreed to spay her if I understood the risks. She told me she would use a special cardiac protocol for her drugs. She made it through surgery and I am so grateful to Dr. Boyle and her staff for taking such great care of my special girl.”

“I love all of the doctors there and have a lot of faith in them and they truly care for our pets. I went to another vet for a while (due to location) but came back to BHV. They are the best.”

“Love this clinic. All the staff is so nice and helpful. Vets have been very supportive and so gentle with our dog. I love that you don't feel judged for decisions you make. So glad we decided to switch to this clinic.”

“Dr. Mary and her entire staff are truly the best! We entrusted care for our elderly cat Cody and dog Bella at Pine Village for many years. Unfortunately our cat became ill and passed away in 2020 and we just lost our pup in June. No words can ever describe the love and care they showed our pets as well as support for my husband and I during some difficult times! They brought so much light to us during some dark times. Also many thanks to Jen for being a trustworthy caregiver for our pets! We will be sure to bring any future pet to their office for the same love and care they showed our Cody and Bella girl! ??. They deserve far more than 5 stars! Sending much love to Dr. Mary and her staff!”

“We love Wexford Animal Hospital. Both of our dogs are patients here. We switched to his vet after a negative experience at another vet, and have never looked back. They never try to oversell you, and treat your fur babies as if they’re their own. All of the docs are incredible so it’s really nice having the flexibility to see multiple doctors and get appointments faster when we need them, yet still know our dogs are in good hands.”

“Everyone with minimal intelligence knows that Dr. Bolind does not do emergencies! When Dr. Anne is not in the hospital the staff cannot start treatment on an animal without supervision.People who do not have a file with the Hospital just can't walk in for service or emergencies. They are not staffed for that. Use your common sense. The staff is very competent and compassionate. Been a client for over 30 years. The best!”

“The team at Robinson Animal Hospital has provided excellent care for our pets for the ten+ years that we’ve been taking them there. They have always received professional, gentle and affectionate treatment from the whole staff. We always get a clear explanation from the vets and their helpers about our animals’ health and the wellness processes for them. In the rare cases we’ve needed more serious services, treatment options and the financial implications were explained thoroughly. We recently and unexpectedly lost our oldest cat to natural causes. Even though he lived a happy, long life, it has still been difficult to let him go. Since they took such good care of him all this time, we turned to Robinson Animal Hospital for their assistance with cremation services as well. The memorial package we received was beautiful and moving. In today’s mail I even received a sympathy card signed by what looks like probably the entire crew.I cannot fully express how helpful all of this has been in bringing closure to this loss and perspective to our beloved pet’s life. I am truly grateful. Thank you.”

“I have never been to a Banfield before but I have recently been given a 7 month old Cane Corso puppy whose previous owner had bought her an insurance program through their Wexford location. With that being said she had a problem and I took her in to have her checked out. I have another rescue dog that I take to a vet that I have used for years. The Banfield experience is definitely different from all the other vets offices I have ever been to. I have read a bunch of reviews about up-selling and other things, which yes I guess you could say they did ask a lot of questions when I got there for her intake. Like did I want her nails clipped and her anal glands done as well as things like was she shaking her head a lot and has she been coughing any. All of this I said no to and we went on with the reason I brought her there for. Now I see how people could take this as up selling however there were questions that I could have answered yes to with my other rescue dog and that gave me a reason to pause and ask myself why they were asking these questions. I believe that when you get in and start talking to the vet you do forget about the small stuff like nail trims and the head shaking was something I needed to address with my other vet who never asked me these questions. All in all they fixed my new girl right up and yes you can look at these things at up selling if you want to or you can realize that they are just trying to give your animals the best care they can in a different approach. You don't have to get the services done and just say no to them like I did. If your animal doesn't need it then don't get it done but be happy that the vet tech is asking these questions because it's for a reason. I am thankful for them fixing my girl up and for asking the questions because I would have not known to get my other guy checked out. Not everyone does things the same way and Banfield's way is different and can be a little intimidating the first time you go there if you're used to an old fashioned vets office like I was. Give them a chance and you just might see that they are just as good as the other vets out there and their way has its upside as well. I feel like their way is really good for new owners or people like me who haven't had dogs in over a decade.”

“Took my mini poodle here to be spayed. Very easy process from start to finish. Had to leave a voicemail request to schedule her spay, but I was called back within a couple weeks. It does take a bit to hear back, especially for dogs, because they only do a few appointments a week - Please be patient, it's worth it! The staff put me at ease with her spay. They told me weeks in advance what the check in/ pickup process was, and the fees were extremely reasonable compared to the vet. When I picked her up she had a cone on and some medicine to take home. Nurses gave me post-surgery guidelines to follow. Within a week, my little sweetie was back to normal!!”

“When my cat unexpectedly became ill they were able to quickly schedule me an appointment. The staff was very nice and listened closely. They were very gentle and attentive with my cat. The doctor gave me multiple treatment plans to help meet my budget. They quickly ran blood work and xrays. The doctor asked if I would like to see her xrays and explained in detail the results. She also explained in detail her bloodwork results. With the medication provided I saw improvement in a few days and shes back to being a happy kitty. Thank you so much!”

“We had to euthanize our 13 year old cat Missi. The entire staff was so respectful and treated our girl and us with so much respect and kindness. I highly recommend Met Vet in Robinson.”

“Our dog got his ear cut pretty bad and my regular vet couldn't get him in. I called and Dr. Schuerger got us in. He was to the point about everything telling us about what would need to happen. The office staff was wonderful and sweet the entire process. When we picked him up, Dr Schuerger explained in detail what he had to do and explained the aftercare in great detail. He did ask my education level, but ONLY so he could explain things to me the correct way. I'm not in the medical field, so I appreciated he took the time to fully explain things without making the process more confusing. I appreciate how sweetly and quickly they cared for my dog and highly recommend them for care.”

“My cat, Mitzi, had a terrible case of myiasis, which is maggots eating away at the flesh. She was in the worst shape possible with huge open wounds. My normal veterinarian was so disgusted by Mitzi's lesions, etc. that she didn't want to deal with it. She ran out of the examination room without discussing care for Mitzi. I turned to a friend who recommended Tender Touch. Here, Mitzi was treated by the brilliant Dr. Brugos and Hannah, a wonderful CVT.This office is aptly named, they cared for Mitzi carefully and tenderly. They methodically restored her injuries over weeks, and Dr. Brugos used his excellent surgical skills to repair her damaged tissue. The surgery was impeccable. I never thought she could look normal again. In fact, she looks great!I feel so fortunate to have found this group. They really care about animals, and they are talented practitioners. This was a terrible ordeal, but Tender Touch did everything to make it manageable. I'm so grateful.”

“Staff were wonderful, but I waited almost 5 hours before I was told they needed to keep my dog overnight and how sick he really was. When he was released, I was told to bring him back next Wednesday for x-ray and blood work. I was told to call the day after discharge and let the doctor know how he was doing. I called from 3 different phones and it kept saying the number was disconnected. I finally found an email and then someone called me back. I was disappointed that when the doctor saw I didn't call, he would have checked in with me.When my dog was there, he was cared for wonderfully.”

“I live in the North Hills but I drive to Crafton. I started going here this year because they were about to get a dog we had adopted neutered before every other place we called. After going through that process and even getting a another dog since, I have made Banfield Crafton my primary Vet. I love the staff up front, the vet techs, and the Vet. Melanie, up front is amazing, in addition to the rest of the staff. I will continue to drive to crafton for my dogs”
