“I was probably more nervous than my cat was, and they walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. They didn't do any services on her that I didn't ask for, and only addressed exactly what I was there for.”

“Great annual checkup. The staff was very friendly as usual, and took time to explain the process and answered some questions about the future visit.
Great job!”

“The staff, techs, and doctors are wonderful. I see Dr. Kasson he actually lays on the floor with my dog. Nose to nose. How many vets do that. Wonderful care. I have had a couple of emergencies they get me right in that day”

“I absolutely love this place. They are always fast to get my German shepherd Jethro in. They have always treated him well. My old neighbor now takes her dog here because I told her about it and she loves it too.”

“We had a wonderful experience with my cat Lexi. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. And this is definitely not Lexi‘s favorite place to be. Her anxiety levels are through the roof. But when she was taking back into the room, the vet tech was just awesome with her. Soft talk and very gentle is what she needed. And the doctor was equally awesome. Tried to make her feel as comfortable as possible. As traumatic as these visits are to Lexi it went very well. She was actually calm and very cooperative for the doctor and the Tech. They did a great job!!!”

“I had a 11 year old Boxer named Piper Lola and brought her to this hospital to be treated. In my honest opinion I felt the staff and doctor were all very professional and respectful. I had to euthanize my girl and they walked us through every step while allowing us time to process them before moving on it. The entire staff that we engaged with were compassionate empathetic patient and gentle. It was a hard blow to lose my girl but I knew I was doing the right thing. She was surrounded by the family she loved most. The actual process was seamless. The immediate grief we all felt when her little heart stopped will forever be imprinted on my heart. The staff allowed us to grieve w/o rushing us. The procedure cost itself was based off her weight (89 lbs) so it was $100.

Her hooman dad, her aunt Lisa, and myself (her #1 hooman/momma) all agree wholeheartedly that this staff met us at our level of grieving while feeling the weight of it and wholesomely embraced us.

I cannot say thank you enough (((bigwarmhugs)))”

“I would highly recommend this location. They have always treated our fur babies with love and compassion. We only stopped using them because we moved an hour away and there was another location closer. Our next visit with them was this year when our senior baby had to go for her last visit. They honestly made the entire experience better than we could have asked for. We have interacted with 3 different vets and multiple vet techs and honestly have loved each of them. Today we had a happy visit because our puppy has anxiety and doesn't do well with people outside of the family and it went better than expected. Hillary was an angel she took her time and even enlisted the male vet working today to increase
his exposure during the visit.”
