They have produced high-quality posters, business cards, newsletters and flyers with short turnaround time and the best prices. Their UPS shipping services are very convenient, since the parking lot is huge. I was a walk in customer(not local, actually from over an hr away and happened to need a print job done ASAP while I was in town for a haircut!) anyway I had a small, yet very specific request and I am none of “those customers”. The one with a keen eye for detail and a who always have a relatively short timeline(apologies all around, truly!)I had a vintage B&W photographer’s print portrait and vintage full-color bi-fold postcard for an art gallery opening I needed exact replicas made of.Well, without batting an eye, this entire team took interest in my project, seemed to instinctively know exactly what it was that I wanted and they executed the job so flawlessly that I had an extremely difficult time telling the duplicates apart from the originals!That and they charge such a reasonable price for the quality of the work they delivered that I will absolutely be making more trips up to Wayne any time I need more print work of this caliber done.I’ll be telling everybody I know to do the same in the meantime as well!”
“Something I want to share because we always complain about problems but seldom give kudos to those who deserve it. This happened the other day on my return to LA from Philly at the end of a holiday visit to family. It was this UPS Store (store 4038) to the rescue. In the mayhem of bringing a dog, too much baggage, coats, shoes, etc through the TSA checkpoint at PHL on Wednesday, I left my MacBook Pro behind. Let me cut to the chase. Not only did TSA collect it and keep it safe in their lost and found, the next morning I got a lovely email response from them giving me 4 options for claiming it. I chose option #4: the UPS Store at the airport which works closely with TSA there to help passengers in these matters. Kudos to the TSA for being human, responsible and responsive. BIG Kudos to the UPS Store for not only picking up my laptop, but packing it safely and shipping it overnight. I got it 10am the next day, safe and sound. The people I spoke with at the UPS Store gave me clear and concise instructions and were very helpful. A private-public partnership that works. That's a good thing (tm Martha Stewart).”
