“Javon was super helpful the whole way. He was great on the phone when I rented the unit. On the day we moved my mother's things in he was attentive and easy to communicate with. He helped me figure out how to reset the password on the combination lock I bought, walked me through using the loading docks to bring things in. Then when I came back needing a larger unit, he got that squared away for me without any problems. This has been an absolutely fantastic experience and I'm going to recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.

“I used the storage here for a year and I never had an issue. You can access your unit between 6am - 10pm. You have to use a code to get in to the building and the system works smoothly and offers security. I’ve also rented several uhauls from this location. The process has been simple each time. And the employees are courteous and helpful.”

He was not only knowledgeable about the business, but the building as well. I not only felt I received a adequate space, but also a pleasurable experience. “I have been renting a storage unit for over 2 years and recently a rehearsal space at this location. Stacy, the property manager, has always been very helpful, very professional and very kind to me. Even in circumstances that I found were in need of being addressed or resolved, she looked into the issue and kept me informed. She always has a smile and a kind hello when I pass by the office and I appreciate her! Dave, the maintenance person who keeps the building clean and organized is also very professional and courteous. They do a great job at this location!

“Very easy to setup for a storage unit. They have the large garage door side for bigger vehicles and the smaller side for regular ones. They have carts to help move your items to and from units. I have been away for 3 months and when returned today the unit was very clean both inside and out. I didn’t have to worry about insects or webs, etc. Jim was very helpful with some questions as well and all staff have been great when working with them.”

“The facility was well kept and always felt very safe, management was wonderful and responsive. I am glad that I rented a storage spot from them!The only downsides were that the building would get very hot during the peak heat of the summer (otherwise it was usually temperate), and sometimes on busy weekends there were too few carts for everyone to use.”
