“Low cost compared to local competitors. Has just about all the equipment you need, its a little aged but the equipment is very high quality for heavy lifting
.This gym also has the best chest building equipment in Warren. I go here for my chest/tri/shoulder days exclusively. Also a great gym for physical therapy. Has a great lower back machine in the corner. People will leave you alone for the most part, if that's your kind of thing too! All friendly members”

“The young lady at the computer has always been the most pleasant individual to deal with. And friendliness abounds.
Needless to say, everyone just does their own exercises. However, for stress relief there is nothing like beating in an exercise ball like a drum! Talk about aggression relief!
