The young lady at the computer has always been the most pleasant individual to deal with. And friendliness abounds.
Needless to say, everyone just does their own exercises. However, for stress relief there is nothing like beating in an exercise ball like a drum! Talk about aggression relief!

I wish this location was 24 hour even if it used a key card or something. Access to a gym anytime would be great.
