He was very patient with all my questions and also very thorough with notating services and costs for my future reference. He assisted with setting up my new phone and wifi to the point I left with ZERO questions. “I do my absolutely best to avoid Verizon, because I’m always fearful I’m going to have to deal with pushy sales reps who care more about their commissions and not enough about the needs of the customer. I can, honestly, say that I was pleasantly surprised visiting the Sherman’s Dale location! Alex took his time helping me & was SUPER informative. I didn’t feel pushed, confused, or like I was going to regret my decisions. Laid back environment & both the guys in there were awesome to chat/work with. Totally changed my perspective!”
