“I recently chose to get rid of my T-Mobile Wi-Fi. I’m not sure if it’s just awful or if it's my location. But the bottom line was, I could no longer deal with it. I decided to go to Xfinity. My neighbors recommended them, so I thought if it worked for them, it would work for me.
Fortunately, a young lady named Ari met me at the door. She was friendly and easy to talk to. I explained my problem with T-Mobile and told her that Xfinity was recommended to me in my neighborhood. I told her exactly what I wanted. She did not try to push me into anything else. I positively can’t stand it when people try to upsell to me. and I believe Ari picked up on that! I knew that I clearly explained to her what I wanted and she totally got it.
She was great! She explained what I was getting and gave me the equipment that I needed. I asked her to set up an appointment to have the equipment installed for the following afternoon.
Bob arrived at my door right on time. He did a great job. He immediately fell in love with my two friendly pitbulls, and when somebody likes my dogs that makes me very happy. I could tell he was experienced and he did an excellent job of setting everything up and explaining it to me. He took a quick picture of my dogs when he was leaving.
I do not have anything negative to say about Xfinity or the people that I dealt with. If I were to rate Ari and Bob, I would give them each a 10 out of 10.”
