“First time ever going into Ocean State Job Lot and I was honestly impressed. The store is awesome. I was able to get everything I needed to open my pool, and the amount of stuff they carry at really decent prices is amazing. Definitely one of those stores you can walk around forever and keep finding things you didn’t even know you needed. I’ll definitely be back.”
“Great selection of top quality dog (and cat) food and supplements, chosen for nutrition and health. Food includes fresh/frozen items made in small batches that are not available at typical pet food stores. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and able to advise if your pet has dietary or health issues.”

“Really appreciate the help, however, I have been sold a repeating problem child in the form of ramshorn snails. If you don’t know (I didn’t) they are hermaphrodites and two snails make 2 million really fast. No matter how much I clean the eggs I can see off the tank, or remove the snails, they just keep reappearing and I don’t want them because they are eating my fish eggs. I had a thriving community of over a dozen guppies, and would bring containers of offspring to the shop, now I’m down to 3 fish and the eggs aren’t safe anywhere. I don’t even want to get more fish until I solve the snail issue, which will probably need to be a whole fresh tank set up, investment of money, time, etc. Sucks… no pun intended.”
“After moving to the area, I tested three different pet groomers before finding this one. My bichon usually comes back with awkward cuts around the legs, but here the styling looked balanced and natural. They texted me photos during the appointment because it was his first visit, which honestly made me trust them more. The shop itself smelled clean instead of wet dog odor. Prices weren’t the cheapest, but I’d rather pay slightly more than deal with uneven grooming or stressed pets again.”
“Great experience! Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful for checking in and out. Took my two dogs, they looked and smelled great and were done in about 90 minutes. Cost is very reasonable too. Nice little pet store in the lobby. Already scheduled their next appointment!”

“Evie he is a wonderful person. Very generous very polite. You can tell she really loves animals. My husband, Stephen Aguiar used to take mama there to get her nails trimmed. Now I took her there for the first time and this woman is a genuine human being. So compassionate. She was really there for me when I needed someone and mom needed someone. I can’t say enough about this place. It’s just, it’s great. Take your dog there, she will be awesome with them. She talks to your animal tells her it’s OK. Does a great job. “We went in for some ant detergent and was able to find just what we needed!! Then we get to the register and the lady cashier was very nice! But I really feel like she she should keep her political feelings to herself. As in if we didn't share the same feelings then it would be very uncomfortable..”
“I went here today for the first time to have a nail trim done for my dog. They did a great job with him, and were able to trim his nails despite his extreme dislike of the service. They also were able to accommodate the service to be supportive of his back legs due to a physical limitation. I will be coming here to get nail trims from here on out!”
“Katie is very personable and experienced. I've been taking my 9 yr old, overweight, and aggressive cat to her for 2 years and she always gets the job done and does it with kindness and understanding. My cat came home clean and fresh. Her bottom is healing from too much scooting because she's so clean back there. I couldn't be more pleased. Katie even gave my cat a gold star for being a good girl and welcomed us back. We give Katie 5 stars!”
“If you are a pet owner and find yourself browsing the farmer's market, this stand is a must see! They have a variety of treats/ misc items made fresh with real ingredients. My dog is incredibly picky...she hates peanut butter, dry kibble, most dog chews....EVERYTHING. I was hesitant to waste money on just another throw away treat. The shop owner was kind enough to give me a fresh dog biscuit to take home for my pooch to sample. Needless to say, She loved it! The shop owner took time to explain the perishable nature of some of the goods and ideas to freeze/thaw treats to have them last longer. Kind insight, quality products, and great service!”

“From start to finish, Kenzie was truly amazing and made this adoption experience so special for us. She was very informative and supported us answering questions through the application process with so much care, kindness, and patience. We could tell right away we were in the best hands.
Our sweet girl was named Chocolate Paws at the rescue, and we’ve since renamed her Nova and she has completely stolen our hearts.
We are beyond grateful to Kenzie and the rescue Humane Pennsylvania Freedom Center for bringing Nova into our lives. This experience meant more to us than words can express, and we will forever be thankful for everything they do to help these dogs find their forever homes. ?❤️”

“The PetSmart staff at this store were excellent in helping me rounding up the one of three dogs that slipped out of my vehicle in the parking lot after I had hooked up the other two. 5 staff helped get my stray and then went back to my car to close up my door after I waited in the store. Everyone at this store showed me the high quality of service and also helped me pick out some harnesses for my dogs! Highly recommend purchasing any pet supplies at this store”
“Fantastic store service and help. Please keep the return policy up since I wish dogs can talk. This would make things a lot easier for everyone. I had to return the product since it caused her diarrhea. At some stores one is stuck with the product and a waste of money. It's not our fault :-( I just wish you can send those returned products to a charitable organization or shelter for dogs or cats that need them.”
“My dog cashew loved coming to Petco to see her favorite groomer Melida, we were so sad to hear that she is no longer here. She did such a great job with our poodle. I’m most sad that I didn’t get her social media. I hope she sees this so she may groom cashew again @go.nuts.for.cashew on insta”
