“I came here simply looking for my usual dog brand “open farm”, but when I arrived I was amazed at how many healthy dog food brands they had as well as treats and supplements! I will no longer go to petsmart or petco for my dogs needs. I left with a new dog food brand called “Carna” and my dog can’t get enough of it. This place only stocks products that have minimal and natural ingredients. I am now a customer for life!”
“Mary Jo is the best, and our doggies love her! We have taken puppy class and level 1 with both of our puppies, I feel like we learned a lot from the classes and so did our pups. Love having this dog park option for them to play in. Great dog food / treat options in the store too!”
“Super knowledgeable staff and well cared for animals. We got a bearded dragon from here a couple months ago and the multiple people I talked to throughout the whole process of selecting our dragon and setting up the tank were really helpful. Highly recommend!!”

“Evie he is a wonderful person. Very generous very polite. You can tell she really loves animals. My husband, Stephen Aguiar used to take mama there to get her nails trimmed. Now I took her there for the first time and this woman is a genuine human being. So compassionate. She was really there for me when I needed someone and mom needed someone. I can’t say enough about this place. It’s just, it’s great. Take your dog there, she will be awesome with them. She talks to your animal tells her it’s OK. Does a great job. “Had to ask for help in the fish department, and then told there should be two workers there. Easily paged. Once there, was very informative information on what I wanted. Strongly advised me to NOT purchase what I wanted because I didn't currently have the right set up. Which is fine. And I agreed. No kittens. Not much of a selection for aquatic turtles. All aquatic plants were in small bags. Which is mainly for small tanks. After obtaining my fish, had to sign up for the card, because I knew I'd be back. So, mixed feelings for my visit. Maybe next time, there will be more smiles and less condescending attitude.”

“I went here today for the first time to have a nail trim done for my dog. They did a great job with him, and were able to trim his nails despite his extreme dislike of the service. They also were able to accommodate the service to be supportive of his back legs due to a physical limitation. I will be coming here to get nail trims from here on out!”
“Katie is very personable and experienced. I've been taking my 9 yr old, overweight, and aggressive cat to her for 2 years and she always gets the job done and does it with kindness and understanding. My cat came home clean and fresh. Her bottom is healing from too much scooting because she's so clean back there. I couldn't be more pleased. Katie even gave my cat a gold star for being a good girl and welcomed us back. We give Katie 5 stars!”
“If you are a pet owner and find yourself browsing the farmer's market, this stand is a must see! They have a variety of treats/ misc items made fresh with real ingredients. My dog is incredibly picky...she hates peanut butter, dry kibble, most dog chews....EVERYTHING. I was hesitant to waste money on just another throw away treat. The shop owner was kind enough to give me a fresh dog biscuit to take home for my pooch to sample. Needless to say, She loved it! The shop owner took time to explain the perishable nature of some of the goods and ideas to freeze/thaw treats to have them last longer. Kind insight, quality products, and great service!”

Our sweet girl was named Chocolate Paws at the rescue, and we’ve since renamed her Nova and she has completely stolen our hearts.

“The PetSmart staff at this store were excellent in helping me rounding up the one of three dogs that slipped out of my vehicle in the parking lot after I had hooked up the other two. 5 staff helped get my stray and then went back to my car to close up my door after I waited in the store. Everyone at this store showed me the high quality of service and also helped me pick out some harnesses for my dogs! Highly recommend purchasing any pet supplies at this store”
