“My tractor trailer broke down and was towed to Ryder for repairs. This place is clean and driver friendly with a drivers lounge. The customer service rep and staff were very friendly. A big shout out to Patrick! He came to the lounge to check on me constantly and with updates. I ended up getting a loaner truck without problems. This is the way people should be treated. Thanks for everything!”
