“Very respectful and very much understanding. It’s a great place to rent and the people are amazing. It’s nice to know there are still nice and respectful people left on earth. I think them for helping me every time.”
“This storage place is awesome there is so many lockers inside you would not believe it it's climate controlled and it has a bathroom for when you have to go when you're at the storage locker LOL”
“Best rental Iv ever used for someone who’s rented 15+ times over the years. Great truck, great service. Everything was fast and clean. Just look how happy I am.”
“Great experience! Mario was very friendly and so easy to deal with. This is the first time I've ever rented a U -Haul truck. I will definitely call him next time i need a moving truck. Great deal on price too. A huge thanks to Mario! Danielle”
“I needed to dispose of my old shed, which consisted mostly of plywood, 2x4s, and shingles. Since I don't own a truck, I decided to rent a U-Haul trailer. I was able to reserve the perfect size for my Mazda CX-30, and the checkout process at this location was incredibly easy and clear.
I hit a snag when I realized my car wasn't wired for trailer lights, making it illegal to tow, but thankfully my neighbor let me borrow his Jeep Gladiator. The 4x7 trailer handled almost all of my debris in a single trip to Berks Transfer, and the Jeep's bed held the rest. When I returned the trailer, Rayna met me outside, quickly inspected it, and got me on my way. Everyone at this store was professional and pleasant, and I especially appreciated Rayna’s excellent service.”

“This review is specifically for Mr. Rafael not for Penske itself. I had a very upsetting experience with Penske, but Rafael with Corporate was the one to accommodate my requests and make sure that I was OK in the end after some very upsetting charges that were added without my knowledge. If Do you have any issues with Penske call and request Alejandro as he is the man to get it done. Thank you, Alejandro from us truly”

“Went to see prices for rental van for future trip to Texas. Arrived staff very friendly, welcoming, professional attire. Blake(Specialist) was very nice in showing me prises and what kind of Van I was going to use.Got great price on Van rental for trip. Booked the rental several months before. Price was much better than other companies out there. Several week's before trip confirmed the Van Rental was good to go. Everything was set. Arrived on the day of pickup, Van was ready, Brandon(Manager) was there in talking to him,he showed the Van and did a walk around explaining everything. Very impressed with his people skills. Answering questions, explaining everything to me. Rental Van was very NEW had the new vehicle smell. Got a over the top deal and can't thank him enough. I want to give Brandon a shout-out THANK YOU so much, I got less stress thinking about it. Trip to Texas had its ups and down, but over all no problems. Retuned the rental a day early. I took it upon myself to clean out the van, vacuum, wipe out, clean the inside windows and to take it to a car wash and get all the road dirt off and the dead bugs off it. As a addition to giving it back with a full tank of fuel. I was taught, if you use something or borrow something you should return it in better shape than you got it in. Highly recommend this company and its staff in helping your needs and taking time to help you through the process. Five Stars in my book and I'll be spreading the word. Enterprise is the one to use for moving. I will be using this company in the future if needed. Once again thank you Brandon and Blake.( PS: Got ride back home after I returned the van ) If I could give ten out of ten stars I would.”
