“If you attend Shippensburg University, this is a great place destination wise. The walk is only 2 minutes to campus. The apartments have washers and dryers which is nice and don’t worry, if anything breaks Adam (maintenance worker) will be there quick to help resolve this issue. I do not have any complaints about this place. It’s perfects for college students needing a place to stay.”
“AMAZING STAFF !!!......AMAZING SERVICE !!!I'VE LIVED HERE AT THE COTTAGES OF SHIPPENSBURG FOR 5 YEARS. I AM SOOO IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT WHEN I CALL THE OFFICE ON A SATURDAY, OR ANY OTHER DAY, WITH ANY MAINTENENCE ISSUE,(KITCHEN LIGHT BURNED OUT & A NEW BATHTUB STOPPER)....THEY ARE HERE ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING.....I LUV, LUV, LUV IT HERE !!! ????THANK YOU TO ERIN, DESIREE, ANTHONY & CURTIS FOR MAKING THE COTTAGES OF SHIPPENSBURG A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE !!????”

“Although I had a short stay, Melissa and her team were super welcoming and friendly from the start of my lease to the end! They were willing to work with us under some small inconveniences at the beginning of our lease and was super helpful! My apartment could have used a few upgrades or maintenance on the interior and door but a great apartment for the price! Parking was a little inconvenient when it comes to having friends over. Again, management was great!”
