I received a message that you were tired of dealing with your car and that you would like to terminate your storage. I have called you 2 times and left a message, I emailed you and I texted you. I offered to help you dispose of your car at no charge! I have not had a returned phone call, email or text from you. I assure you that your car is still in the same condition as when you dropped it at our lot. It has not been stolen and is available for you to pick up. Amazing customer service, they identified the issue and saw that it was outside of their scope and referred me to another shop nearby after jumping my vehicle for free.
