“Tow service: customer service was great when we called in for a tow, very patient and considerate. The tow truck driver was also really nice and took care of everything. We weren’t getting towed far but the price wasn’t bad out of pocket.”
“Recently moved to the area and was pleased to get many recommendations for Hippensteel Auto. I used them for a state inspectio and oil change and was very happy with the front desk lady, the professional work done, and the price was reasonable.”
“Bought a wheel lift from Lifts and Tow about 5–6 years ago, and it’s been rock solid ever since. Super reliable and easy to work on—exactly what you want in this business.
What really stands out is their customer service. Every time I’ve called, they’ve gone above and beyond—actually taking the time to get the right people involved and make sure things are handled properly (which is rare these days).
Big shoutout to Paige—she’s helped me multiple times and is always thorough, patient, and on top of everything. She actually listens (even when I get a little too detailed), and somehow always gets things resolved quickly.
Great product, even better support. Highly recommend.”
“We have had our camper stored there for 3 years. We have never had any issues. Very reasonably priced. Will recommend them. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving into the camper.”

“I was looking for someone to trust to address a few issues with my modified car. Kane assured me he could take care of it and he did! His team is responsive and will go above and beyond. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here but schedule in advance because his services are highly sought after!”
