“To whomever made my Italian hoagie on this date, May 19 around 1130, you are a hoagie God! All the ingredients were delicately placed between the two soft sections of white bread, not hurriedly like most hoagie places. The onion and tomato were married together with the lettuce so the lettuce didn't spit itself out with each bite, inevitably resulting in the frustrated removal of the green substance by hand. Oh no, this lettuce wanted to stay, to be enjoyed. The mayonnaise was gently spread along the bread in the exact amount to not have to wonder if it were even there or having it end up all over your face/hands. It was a joyous meal. So, to you hoagie God, I say you deserve that 15 dollars an hour! Huzzah!”

“Cleanest gas station bathroom and friendliest staff!!Stopped by here a couple weeks ago while traveling through the area. My husband used the bathroom and I asked him if it was clean or not since I’ve seen son really atrocious gas station bathrooms. There was a really nice older gentleman with a big white mustache inside. The inside and outside of this gas station was really well maintained. He gave me the keys to the restroom and oh my god this was the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever seen!! I’ve never left a review for a gas station before but I just wanted to shout this place out because the gas is inexpensive, the staff is very warm and kind as well as the spotless bathroom which I can’t stop raving about! Seriously check this place out!”

“I love this location!The staff is soooooo nice.We came for our normal morning routine and today they gave my grandson a personal, baby-sized smoothie and all through the store (as always) the staff was friendly and attentive.Oh and the store is always clean and well-stocked. I emphasize the well-stocked because I was going to the location further down Rte 61/Leesport? and they run out of yogurt often (I love the smoothies) AND the customer service is nowhere near as good as THIS location.Keep up the good work!!!”

During that year a technician cane out and overrode my zones so that no matter what I turned to thermostats down to the entire house continued to be heated. I was on a budget plan that was to low based on my oil consumptions and I did not get a review or guidance to increase. Instead I was told I owed $1,000. I have paid and received credits for $500 an am still being told I owe $1,000. I have never been more frustrated with a provider and am moving on to a new provider.”

“This review is mostly for the food preparation workers. The customer service minded folks who work in the food prep area is top notch. The other day I ordered two chicken tacos and when I checked my food in the parking lot I discovered that what I got was actually beef tacos with all sorts of messy sauce. Obviously the wrong order was given out at the counter. A simple mistake on their part. They made things right and they made the corrected order a priority and even gave me two extra tacos for my trouble. You just can't get that level of quality customer service around here any more and Rutters should be proud of their employees for doing everything they can to keep customers. I am a happy, returning customer.”
