“This review is mostly for the food preparation workers. The customer service minded folks who work in the food prep area is top notch. The other day I ordered two chicken tacos and when I checked my food in the parking lot I discovered that what I got was actually beef tacos with all sorts of messy sauce. Obviously the wrong order was given out at the counter. A simple mistake on their part. They made things right and they made the corrected order a priority and even gave me two extra tacos for my trouble. You just can't get that level of quality customer service around here any more and Rutters should be proud of their employees for doing everything they can to keep customers. I am a happy, returning customer.”

Every time I stop by this location and he is working he is constantly smiling, always greets customers is pleasant, professional and extremely helpful! Others on the team at this location should take their cue from him. Definitely an asset to the Turkey Hill team, props Ralph!”
