“Excellent service, super friendly staff, always helpful. As to negative reviews you people don’t realize the amount of packages they receive for the tiny space that post office is. You should stop by early in the morning when they unload all the packages and see for yourself. Stop complaining if the package doesn’t get scanned right away, it’s not an automated process in the sorting facility. Yes USPS doesn’t deliver to private roads or maybe some remote streets. Don’t be a lazy a… and go pick it up.”

“Jess is amazing! I was hosting a multi-day event for 300 people a few miles away, and our printer went out. I came in desperate to print dozens of jobs (menus, maps, name tags and more,) and Jess immediately got me setup. She made me feel so welcomed and we were able to get the job done in time. While I was there, the store became super busy, and I watched as Jess treated each customer with kindness, respect, and patience. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I will never forget my experience with the Ship Shop -- thank you!!”
