“I brought my phone in to the store to see if it could be fixed (it had black-screened and would not turn back on). The staff agreed to take a look at it, saying I could come back in a few hours. They attempted to fix it by replacing the battery, replacing the screen, etc., but it was beyond fixing (they believe it's a software issue). However, as they were unable to fix it, they did not charge me anything. While my phone wasn't fixed, I really appreciate their friendliness and that they didn't charge me. Great store.”
