“All of understand the how costly is keeping our vehicles running safely on the roads and how difficult it can be to find a reliable, skilled mechanic who just might have customer service chops as well. My two favorite gentlemen are struggling with serious health concerns requiring exorbitant ongoing care, so needing automotive repairs on a lean budget is difficult to say the least. From, Al, Brian, Bill and Mark I received clear information, doable turnaround time (even whilst they are working on the bugs of newly installed software) customer care and kindness. Most of us are feeling the squeeze of this economy and knowing there is a business that won’t take advantage provides me with a sense of relief.
Mr. Al even respectfully joked with a customer in front of me in line that he would have to place him in a chair facing the corner for the customer’s inappropriate generalized attitude and comments toward women. During a vulnerable time, dare I say I feel as if I have newly acquired brothers here. Thank you very much.”

“Came for an oil change apparently when everyone else in the area decided to. They let me know the wait time which stated was 20 mins. Ended up waiting closer to 40. Workers being yelled at by customers but they kept their cool. My number was finally called and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service and reasonable staff. Be patient if there are others there as they can only move as fast as the oil flows.”
