Oil Change near Hampstead, MD

“Nice dealership with professional staff.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.

If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.

Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.

Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

“Hi! The addition of Lisa to your Automotive Service Center brings a much needed boost to the department. I actually stopped coming here because it was always a debacle for a simple oil change. Lisa handled my business with kindness, speed and exceptional customer service. That's rare these days. I hope you will commend her for a job well done!”

“Discovered Auto Correct Care about 5 years ago and I was so impressed from Day1. I can always get an appt within a day of calling. Brian has been excellent with giving me an estimate that is “right on the money”. I have been treated great always by the service guys. They answered all my question and I never felt “talked down to” because I am a women. I understand so much about my car. I would happily recommend the car repair. Sincerely,
Cheryl”

“Extremely great service every time I come here. High recommend for anyone needing anything done to their car. I came in last minute and they still got everyone all done for me in good time. Once again, very cute guy behind the counter helping me? only problem is I haven’t gotten his number yet…”

“Took my dad’s truck here because the engine blew up ! I told don up front my father did not have much money and that was his only way to get around .he went above and beyond to find my dad a used engine had it put in put new timing chains , spark plugs the whole nine! Caples price was super reasonable and was less than what you would pay anywhere else ! They also seen his front tires were bald and put good used ones on it for free because they said the one he had were to dangerously low !”

“Very fast service, and the guys don't charge you for anything ridiculous. I took my Jeep in for an inspection on my brakes and toe adjustment (steering). Unfortunately, my toe adjuster was too rusty, so they couldn't operate it without risking it, so they didn't charge me for it. Along with that, they checked my wheels and brakes. That was all free of cost. I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube!”
