436 S Main St, ShrewsburyI want to express my appreciation to Bark of the Town. We visited yesterday to have our Alaskan Husky's paw fur and nails trimmed. Our dog is a 45 lb., muscular 17 year old with arthritis, cognitive dementia, and a fear of being handled that translates into snarling and snapping. Heather and her team were so patient and professional. They spent extra time putting on his muzzle and although he fought them, they were kind and quick. They did a super job and their manicure work has already helped his gait and improved his (and our) quality of life! Their rate was affordable to boot.

We were given options, but after 2 days we decided that his little frail body had had enough suffering. The Mason Dixon staff were there for us again, with compassion and understanding. Thank you for your work and helping us give our Cicero back to God. I'll be eternally grateful.

23 Kratz Rd, ShrewsburyThis is THE BEST kennel we’ve ever taken our pets. We’ve had some difficult pups who are not happy being out of our house but there is just something about Country Comfort that is different. Everyone remembers the dog’s names. Our dogs (all over the years) freak out with excitement the second they smell where they are. We travel a decent amount and wouldn’t be able to if it wasn’t for the amazing staff at Country Comfort because they take away the guilt and reassure us that our pets are in an amazing place that makes them happy. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The inside was very clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely friendly to everyone who came in the door. I will definitely return!
