The only reason I gave 4 stars is because he doesn't take cards for a payment option. Other than that he was a pleasure dealing with. “We are parents of a 16 year old and had grown weary in our quest to find an affordable AND reliable car for our daughter.We were a bit discouraged by how high the prices had gotten for used car, how low the inventory was and how the cars we could find in our price range felt unreliable.We live almost 2 hours away and found a car we liked at JC Auto that seemed a fair price. I then learned the new owner of JC Auto was someone our family knew and who used to service my car when I lived in the area and I knew this was a trusted dealer. “These guys will work their best to put you in a car of your choice despite any potential lost they may face. They are definitely family and people oriented. I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME. You don’t get hospitality like that from any dealership you may go to. Few weeks later I got another car but do plan on doing business with them again. These are one of the best guys here and don’t want ANYONE leaving unsatisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

No run around or lies about a bolt, the people at Lansdale jeep, especially Matt in service, are by far the best! “I give them a 5 stars because they have a great selection and good customer service. I read a lot of the reviews before going there. And now I will say the truck I just bought does have a few issues that came up but it is a 2001 so it’s not new. And they get them from action so it is what it is when you buy a used vehicle. If you want a vehicle with no rust and a warranty go spend $40,000 at a new lot. If you want a nice used vehicle for a far price go to nelly’s. As far as the owner and the staff there wonderful. I could not ask for a nicer experience . I will definitely recommend them and go back when I needed another vehicle...”
“I just spoke to them after a terrible conversation with another Honda dealership. The person I spoke to at Keenan knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to give me more information based of my description only. The other dealership wouldn't even talk to me unless I took a day off to visit them so they could 'assess' the damage before they would even talk about the part needed and would have demanded I take another day off at THEIR convenience to repair the car.I will defiantly be going to Keenan in the future for all my Honda needs when the time comes.”
