After the purchase, we took the car to our mechanic, and he told us that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. “We are parents of a 16 year old and had grown weary in our quest to find an affordable AND reliable car for our daughter.We were a bit discouraged by how high the prices had gotten for used car, how low the inventory was and how the cars we could find in our price range felt unreliable.We live almost 2 hours away and found a car we liked at JC Auto that seemed a fair price. I then learned the new owner of JC Auto was someone our family knew and who used to service my car when I lived in the area and I knew this was a trusted dealer. We had no issues making the drive and it was worth it!Jarrod went above and beyond for us. “These guys will work their best to put you in a car of your choice despite any potential lost they may face. They are definitely family and people oriented. I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME. You don’t get hospitality like that from any dealership you may go to. Few weeks later I got another car but do plan on doing business with them again. “My husband and I used to take our vehicle to the Norristown dealer, because we bought them there, every time we went, it was a catastrophe, always something, the people there are just plain ignorant, which is why, among other things, we started going to Lansdale jeep, let me just say, from the time we walked through the door in the service department, it was wonderful, very nice and respectful, talked to us and handle a problem that was looked at from the other dealer, and fixed it! No run around or lies about a bolt, the people at Lansdale jeep, especially Matt in service, are by far the best! They have all my future sales and repairs, if needed, I will never go back to Norristown jeep! Thank you Lansdale Chrysler jeep service department!”

“I give them a 5 stars because they have a great selection and good customer service. I read a lot of the reviews before going there. And now I will say the truck I just bought does have a few issues that came up but it is a 2001 so it’s not new. And they get them from action so it is what it is when you buy a used vehicle. If you want a vehicle with no rust and a warranty go spend $40,000 at a new lot. If you want a nice used vehicle for a far price go to nelly’s. As far as the owner and the staff there wonderful. I could not ask for a nicer experience . I will definitely recommend them and go back when I needed another vehicle...”
“Sage makes the car buying experience so easy and painless every time. Sage dont hide any numbers. Always up front about everything. I drive up from NE Philly to deal with Sage. Overall just a great dealership to deal with. I've purchased a few vehicles from Sage so far. Our car came in while we were out of down. He made sure everything was ready to roll when we returned. We spent maybe 15 minutes in finance. Exactly what I expect from a vehicle purchasing experience. I tell him what I'm looking for, he presents all the options and we go from there.”
