“Ryan got me in same day due to my time constraint. Had my 86 year old mom’s car and the brakes were pulsating. Diagnosed problem and we decided to wait to replace rotors since pads were still in good shape. He checked the wheel bearings as well. I expected to pay at least a diagnostic fee but Ryan said no charge. Will definitely go back to him when I’m here at our mountain house and need a good trusted mechanic. Thanks again, Ryan!”
“My son had a run-in with a deer and there was quite a bit of front end damage. We took it to Borgna's and our experience could not have been better. We were kept well-informed throughout the process and the owner was professional and courteous. We picked up the truck and it looks brand new!! There wasn't a hint of what it had been through. I won't go anywhere else. In fact, I just had him order a bumper to repair my vehicle. Don't shop around...Just go to Borgna's!”
“Having dealt with another local Kia dealership (where I actually bought my Seltos new) I can say with authority that Matthew's is so much more concerned with their clients and especially in their service department who I've worked with twice now... the first time because the other dealership didn't Perform (even though it is in their name) or even bother to get back to me on a time sensitive issue after multiple promises and additional calls. Both experiences with Matthew's have been handled quickly and with good communication”

“I want to make a comment but not just on the extremely great work done & good Customer Service plus the best quality products & work we receive here always by the team who work here no matter how busy they are because that's how it has always been here. But what I want is to give a heart felt thanks out to "Eddy" who went over & above the average expectations of what is ever the normalcy done for you in giving care/help from any Service Dept or Employee working there. But he had & done so much extra work than could ever had been to be expected of him. Especially so much to help me out with info my Ins.Company suppose to have done but didn't & although I called & they assured me it now would be faxed out for me asap to Kost it wasn't sent by them nor did they contact me back,so why did they lie to me about it ? I'm a wreck now because my husband did all type of Auto stuff for us but since he recently passed away I'm trying to do the best I can with things & I also have my own health issues as many elders do find to be the case & it's very hard & at times overwhelming to suddenly have to handle so much new things without the best help & for me to get my own Ins.Info without an agent willing to help me out by a simple fax sent out as promised boggles my mind so much. Luckily for me though I instead had a great person "ED" who then stepped up & not only handle things so calmly in such a nice manner & did everything he could do in helping me to get all the things done & the info I needed found out so I was able to take a pic myself of it to be sent over to him myself & he was also willing to do a 3 way call to them for me but who could I even call there & trust enough in after they lied to me to get me all of this info faxed to me in time ? 😱 In the end I did it by getting my 1st ever pic taken as Ed told me about got it sent to him at KOST TIRE with all the Ins.Info & they were able to get my car finished up for me on the same day so we just had to go pick it up & not wait even a day or more longer without all his help. I worry how long it could of been if waiting on my own Ins Co.to help out ? I do know it is time for a big change there for sure. I am saying so much here but the thing is I want to point out that "Ed" was making sure It wasn't a big deal or a problem at all & he sure didn't mind helping out at all, but I just couldn't thank him enough for the very fact is for me that I have found out the hard way that more times than not "getting any person to help you out even when they are supposed to & also get paid to do so, this drastically is so NOT what they will do"!😪 So once again I give thanks to you Eddy from my heart & to the others who are also being kind & caring in the helping of others while being kind & caring while in doing so ! Thank You 🙏 👏”

“This review is long overdue. This summer I got at least 4 quotes for my 2016 Wrangler automatic transmission. Threw code P0741-Torque Converter Clutch. Everyone said it needed brand new transmission, $6000+. Rick was able to repair it (couldn't be done according to everyone else) for a fraction of the cost. Excellent service and amazing value!! Honest guys that definitely know what they're doing! They have another customer for life now. Thank you so much!!”

“Besten's was absolutely great. I had gotten into a small collision that required front grill work- the office was quick to call me back, dealt with the insurances and rental car for me and were very knowledgable, and polite. It's also very clean inside (surprising for a garage!) Tony called me personally when my car was finished to explain everything to me in detail. What I thought was going to take at least 1-2 weeks only took a few days and they did a phenomenal job! My car looks brand new. They are very fair and take care of you the best they can-I definitely recommend.”

“Went here for a leaking power steering hose and possibly a pump which toyota told me would cost about $2000 and they were wrong on their diagnosis so i took it to legendary autoworks and They had me in and out in an hour and only needed a new washer for the hose no pump needed. “This review is a long time coming. A number of years ago I needed a center cap for a wheel. I went to every junkyard from Binghamton NY to Scranton with no luck. I asked a friend and he suggested them. They didn’t have it in stock but had it within a week. Then a couple of years later my moms town car cracked a wheel on the wonderful PA roads. Once more they were the only one to find a match. For me it was a god send as my mother was very upset about her car.I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be getting in touch with them shortly about more work.The dealings I have had with them the few times, I couldn’t ask for any more professional type standards.God bless them for their high ethical standards as they are really hard to find these days.”

“Honest and fast paced.
My tire had a 1 inch slice in it and unfortunately wouldn’t hold air for more than a few hours, I drove with a flat to the nearest gas station and of course it ruined my tire. They tried to patch it but to safety issues with me driving on the flat they were unable to. They showed and explained to me what happened and I got practically a brand new tire for $40. Win win.”

“Back in January, my transmission blew right in front of Rich's shop (lucky me)! I gave him a call and he quickly came to get my car off the road.
I'm a single mom with 2 kids and work a lot of hours to make sure the bills are paid. Rich helped me out with a free rental car and every possible option to get my car fixed and back on the road. He towed the car for me to someone skilled in transmission work and even fronted the $1,400 bill for me!
There aren't many people these days who are genuinely generous and kind. Rich was all that and more! I am beyond thankful for all his help! He was a life saver!”
“He seemed to know exactly what was wrong with my car when I first got there he took the car out for a drive a couple of minutes and brought it back into the garage and took the tire off and showed me exactly what was wrong!
