“The folks at API are top notch in our book. We are on vacation from Ohio and needed a rear window on our Dodge 3500 (accidentally broke it as we were leaving for vacation to PA). Took them a few days to get the window in and made an appointment for the replacement. Only took a few hours to complete the job, we ended up just walking around town. After we had left and got on the road, got a phone call saying that after we pulled the vehicle out, they noticed rear end fluid on the ground and wanted us to know. We actually did know about the leak but forgot to say something. That's top notch customer service, going above and beyond and giving a customer a heads up like that. Would recommend this facility to anyone.”

“Harriger Auto Body is a true gem of a local business!
They first helped me back in 2020 when someone backed into the side of my parked white Chevy Cruze. They did such an excellent job that when my (less than 2-year-old!) Trailblazer was hit—again while parked—I didn’t hesitate to return.
This time, someone backed into the driver-side door, and once again, Harriger Auto Body delivered fantastic results. They replaced the necessary parts and returned my vehicle looking as good as new. I was so happy with the outcome—just look at the passenger side in the photo! The driver’s side looks just as flawless.
After picking up my SUV, I noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working quite right on the drive home. I gave them a quick call once I got back (about 15 minutes later), and they were immediately friendly and willing to help. They told me to bring it back in, no problem. Thankfully, when I restarted the car, the AC was working fine again, but I really appreciated how willing they were to take a look—even though their work had nothing to do with the AC. That kind of care and customer service means a lot.
