The staff is often kind and courteous but I have been picking up my scripts at this location for the last five months and every. single. time. there has been a delay or issue with getting my (non controlled) medication. I never ever had these issues before Rite Aid closed. I will be switching to a different pharmacy after giving this one multiple chances, assuming the first few times it was a fluke.

Absolutely terrible. Two months in a row I get a text my prescription is ready and I get there and it’s not filled. This time I called before hand and was told it was ready. I get there Zach says it’s not filled it will be 15-20. I wait 20 minutes and get snapped at by Tina for letting it expire. I am not sure how something expires in a few hours. Go elsewhere!!!

They are lousy. I used to deliver to them as a courier and they sucked back then and they suck now. They are the slowest nonchalant staff I've ever seen in my life. It's an absolute tragedy that rite aid pharmacy shut down leaving these Jokers as the only option in town. Go out of your way to avoid this place because they are terrible

Usually a good experience every time! Meds on time. If someone is unfriendly, I Usually tell them so! But only had to do that once and they apologized. So great pharmacy!

The pharmacy itself isn’t bad but multiple times I have tried to use the drive-thru. I pull up seeing just one car at the window and may have to wait 10-15 minutes before they pull away. I wonder if they couldn’t have a policy to have people pull thru and come back after their prescription has been filled instead of waiting while it’s filled and holding up the line.

I was just beginning my physical recovery as my training for the upcoming Battle of the Pelennor Fields had concluded. When I entered the store, my inner peace was alive and well. However, I felt most of it pass away as the cashier's death stare penetrated my soul. Even the organic monkey treats trapped between my fingers started to spoil. After not being greeted, I whipped out my credit card -- only to Discover that the card company was "down" in Giant Eagle's system. I had to source a paper bill out of my leather dollar diaper. Now, my account says the payment processed, so I paid for my food twice. What an utter disgrace.The ambiance of this place isn't at all shabby, but the lack of liveliness of the employees makes me feel so dead inside. I'll return, but only when I find my precious onion rings.

I tried to sign in to check my prescriptions but they changed the app. and I couldn't sign in because I forgot that the app. was under my old email. So I went to GE to get it straightened out but once I got there They informed me they couldn't do anything because the app. wasn't theirs. What a crock of ....

Great pharmacy and great staff there! Not usually a fan of Giant Eagle but these people are so nice to me and act so professional handling all my medications. I've had lesser pharmacies have issues with me, but never once here and if anything I feel like they advocate for me when push comes to shove.
