“Ron, the gentleman who will be working on your car, is very nice, knowledgeable, and honest. He charges very fair, if not cheap prices, especially compared to a dealership. He knows what he is doing and will even explain to you what he did to your car.
If you're, like me, not a car expert he will explain any questions you have and explain any concerns he may have on your vehicle. If you're getting your brakes changed and he notices you might need new rotors, he will call you to confirm with you if it's okay for him to change those too. Although I have recently relocated my house I'm going to take the extra travel time and continue coming here for my car services, this place is that good.”

A mistake was made during a routine inspection but once the concern was brought up, the owner was quick to correct it at no additional charge. My family has been coming to this shop long before the ownership change and it is refreshing to see the new owner is holding the same standards and has the same respect for his customers. It is clear customer retention is important to him. Mistakes happen everywhere and I truly appreciate how this was handled. I would still recommend them if you are in the area.”

While I waited they have a sitting area with a TV and vending machine. The staff that worked on the tires were very informative and polite and explained everything as it was happening. “Marty has been taking care of me since I got my first car about 18 years ago. He’s been taking care of my father longer. My dad bought his first car off of Marty 45 years ago and has been dealing with him since. Recently my truck got rear ended and I had to deal with insurance. Marty got my work done in less than a week and went above and beyond to get me the correct bumper with the sensors and parts that were needed. The repair shop that State Farm wanted me to use was trying to quote aftermarket parts and other things. I gave Marty the claim paperwork. He sifted through it.. got the change order supplemented and got the work done right away. If it wasn’t for him, I would be waiting until March to get an incorrect bumper.”
