“Had an appointment at 8 on a Saturday and was in and out in 35ish minutes. Good customer service from the woman working the office, and awesome prices. Falken has this shop listed as one of their authorized retailers, so they have certain tires not available elsewhere. They sell the Rubitrek tires which is real similar to the Wildpeak AT3Ws but cost less and are slightly more focused on road performance.”
“I got a screw in my sidewall so unfortunately a repair was not an option on my truck tire, called R J and he was super helpful. Came down to his shop that same day and they had my tire on within 30 minutes of me showing up. Super good guy with great prices. Definitely recommend and will be returning for all of my tires in the future.”

“A man named Ed owns Phil's tire center. Ed was incredibly helpful. I ran over a staple, which sucked, I tried packing it with rubber cement, which didn't work, and I was faced with missing out on weekend plans because I needed a tire. And then there's Ed, who said "We'll try to fix your tire, or get you a new one if we can't."Long story short, Ed went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had my car up and running when I needed it and he saved my weekend plans.”

“Absolutely AWESOME customer service!!!!!! The quality of their work absolutely A+++ top notch as well but their customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!Not only were they so cool as to be open on a Sunday for a person like myself who could only afford a used tire, but they were even more helpful/kind as to go out of their way about an hour drive to find and go get the size tire I was in need of and bring it back to their location!!!And then on top of all that, like here I am a million miles from my home in complete and total desperation and I am ever so lucky as to find a place that's open and such but then on top of all that, as I am watching them finish up my car and locating my cashapp card to pay them with, I come across this random item that I have in my trunk (a little lock out set for opening car doors when locked out of a car). I offer it to the guy just like as an added bonus/show of gratitude/appreciation or whatever, AND THE DUDE TAKES IT FOR PAYMENT!!!!!! I say to him "no, no, I actually have some money, I can pay, I'm not completely flat broke, I just thought since you guys were so cool you might like this thing here". And he refuses my cashapp card, looks at the price tag on this little lock out set thing and says to me "no no, this here was $15-$20bucks and that's about what it would've been anyway"So yeah, like I said, customer service here is ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND the best customer service anyone could ever find anywhere ON THE PLANET!!!!!Ruffs Dale Tire people: I just want to thank you once more!!! You guys were not only lifesavers, but also Godsends!!!”

“I was looking for a tire shop other than Wal Mart. Because there is no reason why they shouldn't have any tire in stock that you need the day of. Schmitz wasn't that,but I was able to get my tires ordered that day,and put in the day after. The gentleman did say that things were slow at that given time,but I wasn't going to turn my nose up at waiting a day. The prics are a square deal too.”
