    This pharmacy is what I miss most about doing business with Mom and Pop businesses. They treat you like a neighbor. Moved to Somerset almost nine years ago from Pittsburgh. In Pittsburgh, it's very hard to find a pharmacy like this One. I highly recommend MAINLINE PHARMACY IN SOMERSET

    This pharmacy/gift shop has been a staple in Somerset for many moons. You'll find small-town friendliness. Pick up your medication, but don't forget to peruse their huge card selection, local specialties [maple syrup, candles, etc.], home decor, toys, & more. You'll leave with a smile on your face.

    Very friendly and helpful staff, had a little confusion a couple times but staff didn't let me leave without answers & solutions!
