“WalMart had given me a defective tube of eye ointment that wouldn't open. When I went back they opened it by breaking the cap and exposed the ointment while they handled it. They refused to exchange it for a new one and told me it was just for my eye and would be ok. I didn't want the germs in my eye that just had a procedure. CVS helped me get a new prescription and get another tube that was safe and clean. The service there was fantastic”

“I like this Walmart overall. The store's employees are usually pretty helpful, reliable, and acknowledge the customers.The store is also known to be well stocked and stays busy.It's kept clean for how busy it stays.However, this stores online fulfillment team needs work. Many times, I've had my orders substituted, so I began denying the substituted items and going into the store and finding the items the associates said they didn't have.The other negative aspect of this store is that the parking lot and entry to the lot have potholes the size of craters from the moon. Seriously, a family of four could move into these potholes.Please fix the parking lot. Walmart, nobody likes it.”
