But the true man that got me hooked up was Von from the Verizon line I got transferred to when I went to call the store location to check availability, Von made it easy by letting me whether or not the store had my phone and they did and he let me know what my price was gonna be. The simplicity was nice compared my experiences with At&t.”

“I just started with AT&T for my phone service today. I switched from straight talk. Boy did I have a mess on my hands trying to to switch phone services. I've never had a problem with straight talk been with them for 3 years. But everyone needs a change once in awhile but all the hoops to jump through! If it wasn't for Daniel's help I would have been out of a phone, and I can't have that when I got kids at home! He was very professional and even though it took awhile to get all my stuff taken care of, he got everything figured out for me!”
