However, in discussions with Craig Borneman, Assistant Service Manager, he was able to accommodate getting me in in and also finding me a courtesy vehicle to run some errands and also give them the extra time needed to squeeze me in. “Since I had a great experience leasing my Ford F-150 lightning at Ciocca, I recommended that my wife bring her Mach-E in for a recall and State Inspection. She agreed and was very happy with the same day service. The showroom and waiting room are comfortable and stocked with complimentary water, snacks, and coffee. The service advisor (Paul) was super helpful and friendly. The general manager (Mike) knew my name and greeted me when we arrived to drop off the car, followed with some friendly chit chat.”

“We used Lakeside for the first time this past Winter. They did an inspection on both of our vehicles and completed the work needed to pass the inspection. I was so happy with their work and customer service, I called again for my minivan door to be fixed. Within two hours Josh called me to tell me that he not only found the problem, but it was under warranty as a recall with my dealership, called the dealership to confirm and printed out the recall paperwork for me to take to the dealership. Not only does Lakeside do quality work at a very reasonable price but they are so honest which is such a rare find!!!! I will only take our vehicles to Lakeside!!”
