“Had a terrible experience with cricket wireless online, was skeptical about going to the store but, I called and talked to Melvin. He told me everything I needed to make switch easy. He told me the reception was great and it is. He also made sure the price was gonna be what I thought it would be, no hidden bs. I'd give cricket wireless online zero stars. But this quakertown location an easy 5 stars. Make sure to ask for Melvin. He's the only reason I switched carriers”
