“This was the first time I was ever at an Old Navy, and boy did I pick the wrong day to go- so crowded with going back to school moms and kids!!! Anyway, my son made it through the store with my wheelchair, by the way they are not up to the disabilities act code of having wheelchair accessible entrance. I found a lovely employee to assist me in finding what I came for. I went to dressing room. Disabled one was occupied so I used regular one. I can stand and walk into dressing room. I did find one pair of jeans I was looking for. Then I returned jeans I couldn't wear and got in very long check out line which went pretty fast I must say. I also picked up two packs of socks while in check out line. All in all I'd say we were in there a half hour. Loved all the help from the female employee. She went above and beyond. She looked in the back for me. I really didn't get to look at the rest of the store my son and I both don't like big crowds. If I'm in there too long I'll have a panic attack. I got one pair of jeans and socks that's good enough. We'll have to go back after school starts and it's not crowded. So then we can see the whole store. ? Lol.”
“My experience at Hollister has been very satisfactory in the past. It would be prudent however, for me to apologize on behalf of my former coworker "RCA" who left that nasty review. We've had issues with her in the past to say the least. In fact, I don't understand how she gets through the day without the benefit of protective headgear. She insists she was being followed by imaginary animals that she calls her "fuzzies", and had several emotional outbursts when she thought she accidentally smushed one of them. We all became uncomfortable with her dead cats urn that she kept at her desk, and would frequently open it, cry uncontrollably about an incident involving a woodchipper, and close the urn. She was finally let go because of her chronic insistence that we sniff her finger upon returning from the bathroom. I wouldn't trust her with a vegetable peeler, much less employment in any future company.”

“Live in a flood zone - my basement (and therefore my washer and dryer) flooded a few times so I've been here off and on over last few years. It's basic. I like it because it is a small laundromat. This means it is kept clean and it is rarely busy - I've never had to wait to use a machine. I've never had any of my stuff taken (even if I've left my detergent or hampers there until the washer/dryer was done) It's nice to be in and out quick with no commotion. That being said - there is no snack machines, no magazines, and sometimes there's a few machines that are not running. But again, it's never busy so that's never presented a problem. Also, I've run into the owner a few times and he's always been very nice.”

When I arrived I was greeted by the most adorable boutique employees ??? Tiffany was personable, conversational and genuine towards me and my shopping posse! She listened to my fiance and I’s story and shared her excitement about our wedding day plans. I felt like she took time to get to know me a bit before diving right in, which drastically increased my comfort during the experience. I felt like I was dress shopping with her rather than purchasing from her.
The inventory she has is truly stunning and versatile. My sister, who has a much different silhouette than me, found her dress here last year. I showed Tiffany pictures of dresses I tried on previously and we talked about the love/hate aspects of each one. I then showed her a list of styles I was interested in from her website. She listened to every detail I described and pulled the perfect array of dresses for me to try, all within the budget we discussed.
She helped me into the dresses, then gave me my space during the parading process so I could enjoy my mom’s/bridesmaid’s reaction and formulate my own feelings about each of the dresses. She was readily available for support/questions and to hype me up, but didn’t try to upsell or influence my decision to choose one over another. She also reassured several insecurities I had during the process - truly a girl’s girl! ?
When I put on MY dress, she could tell the vibes were there… She handed me a bouquet and placed a veil and let the magic sink in. When I looked in the mirror, I saw a BRIDE staring back at me. It only took 3 of Tiffany’s dresses to find THE ONE ? After the tears and the feels, she celebrated with us and gave me a bell to ring! ? She let me enjoy the moment and didn’t rush me to take the dress off or jump into finances right away. She ordered my dress and had me pay for 1/2 up front then the other 1/2 once it arrives. She doesn’t do alterations herself, but has reputable people to refer you to! To seal the deal, I took a pic with the pups and signed my name on a dress of all the brides who have shopped with her ?
I can’t recommend Tiffany enough to all other brides-to-be. She’s truly amazing at what she does. Trying on these beautiful dresses certainly made me feel special! I can’t wait to marry my best friend in the most breathtaking dress ?”
