Kristen was truly amazing in clarifying, along with resolving inaccurate information provided by a second party (who answers your phone lines after 6pm). Her professionalism, understanding and stealth customer service skills were the most satisfying, rewarding, and calmimg result during my emergency need for storage space. She also went above and beyond to provide me with a moving truck, in spite of the 2nd party overbooking your only teyck. I never expected to have such a great experience where I upgraded to a bigger unit even! I love how peaceful the location is. BONUS! The manager Jeannie - is amazing! She is patient, kind, easy to do business with, and extremely savvy with how to get me an upgraded unit that was on special! She definitely understood me and my stressful lifestyle & was very accommodating towards my needs. The facility is clean and well-run. Plus you can rent out a moving truck if you need to! “The owner of Carnegie Self Storage also manages this facility. I have been looking for a storage place for our trailer/jet skis. I called Carnegie Self storage and was told by the owner they were full. He did say if an opening came up he would call me. I kept looking for a storage place, it was disappointing because some place charged way to much or they were at least 20 miles away.
Then out of nowhere I got a call from Carnegie Self Storage. A vacancy suddenly occurred due to a person having to move. The owner is true to his word, and the facility has a video monitoring system. Additionally, it is completely fenced, you enter the place with a personal code. One last thing, it is only 1 1/4 mile from where I live. Win, win?”
