“My cats have been boarding there 2 days, I’m still 1200 miles away on a trip, and I couldn’t help but go ahead and write this review. They are kind, compassionate, loving, patient, and absolutely obsessed with loving our animals as their own while we’re away. One of my cats has asthma, and it’s really hard for me for me to leave her at all, but I’ve never felt so safe with her being somewhere else. Pet parents - this is the place you want your kids to be when you’re not there. I’m so beyond impressed and so thankful for them! The Nestcam is a GAME CHANGER. Incredible people, and I’ll be switching them over to this clinic for their primary vet needs when I get home.”

“My guinea pig, whom we are very attached to and is another of my kids to me, was sick. I want sure but I thought most likely a UTI. We had a hard time finding somewhere to take her and I was practically begging to be given an appointment, PVVC squeezed us in even though there was no appointment available and Dr. Wells took amazing care of Snowball and got her all fixed up. Fast forward a few months and she stopped eating and as a nervous mama I called again, got a same day appointment, this time with Dr. Hart. Can I just say this doctor's name can't be a coincidence. She was so caring to both my baby and me. Snowball had GI Stasis which can be fatal, but she gave us everything we needed. We're still waiting to see if it works but I will only bring my babies here. Finding an exotics vet is so difficult but I find a winner! Thanks!”

And recently we had to have a small cyst removed from our German Short Haired Pointers throat. It was as smooth and simple of a process as can be for a large, high energy dog, having a small surgery in a bad location.”

“I came to the century 3 Petco today after work . I shop between the waterfront and this one . I did some shopping for my Bronny today. I was so pleased with the service that I got from Terry. This was the 1st time from this Petco that I was really pleased. I had to look at my receipt when I got home to see what her name was. She helped me with my Petco app in my phone . She was very helpful, she didn't rush me along. Because they were busy. She had a lot of patients. But I highly recommend this vet to anyone that is in of one. I'm not sure if we will be returning, not because of the staff or care, but because we have moved and it's a further commute. “I can not say enough about Dr. Rubin and her team. We have been with her for almost 20 years and 3 dogs. She has personally held my hand as I cried when my 3 month old Rusty broke his leg. Her compassion is overwhelming. When we lost Rusty she and her staff reached out and sent flowers. She now is caring for Rudy and Lucy and I would never trust anyone else. I am a psychotic, crazy dog mom if that tells you anything. Have I waited for an appointment, been rescheduled and paid sometimes more than I would like...Yes. This is just part of being a pet owner. It happens. I wouldn't change anything and am so thankful for Bridgeville Animal Hospital.”

After coming from a bad experience at the Banfield in Robinson, we were hesitant to continue care but everyone on this staff has been amazing. Especially Katherine, who was so patient and kind to our more reactive dog.My only complaint is that it seems Banfield is trying to transition to drop off appointments which I’m not a fan of. However whenever I say no, they find me an appointment I can be present for!”
