The staff seems very nice, and it's a very secure place for your the locks that you put on there my friend lost her key and now she has to get a locksmith the company there's no way to be able to take the lock off of her storage bin. A will warn l you don't lose your key.”

“Only problem I had was there was no posting .. No Smoking in vehicle . I like to follow rules and when I brought the truck back the gentleman said to me that there is No Smoking in the truck and it was a lil embarrassing because I was sure to look and read my paperwork to double check so I did not smoke . ? He was actually surprised there was no stickers . Everything else was great ? great Customer Service from all employees. They all worked together to help with any questions or concerns I had. Would definitely rent again.”

Probably not even 5 minutes after I purchased a storage unit online, I received a call from their staff asking if I had any questions about the unit and asked if there was anything they could do to help. This customer service continued throughout my time there. Whenever I called in with a question, I was always greeted kindly and immediately helped.
