“People who leave bad reviews for Farm and Garden Station are 99% because of plants that die, the employees can’t come home and water your plants!! I’ve been coming here every spring for years, never lost a plant, OR had a bad experience with any employee, from greenhouse help to the cash register. Amy and Chris in the greenhouse are top notch! Always willing to stop what they’re doing to answer questions! It’s a great spot, you’ll agree, just water your plants and you won’t have a thing to complain about!!! “Our first time visit to Spring Valley nursery was great. A friendly and courteous young man assisted us immediately with locating many of the plants that we are currently interested in for a planting project. He was informative and professional. The nursery has a surprisingly wide variety of evergreens and shrubs, lots of ferns, native plants, and gorgeous snap dragons. Definitely worth a visit!”
“Diana was our server and guided us through the menu making great suggestions. The cocktails were terrific - I had the torched orange prosecco. I enjoyed the scallops and the green beans were cooked to perfection. Enjoyed cappuccino and shared the dessert, a type of custard that was delicious! The room was beautifully lit and surrounded with plantings which created a serene atmosphere for us.”

“We had a solid experience with the contractors that came out to help install our new appliances (and a few other things).
I think they were installed right because there's no gas smell and everything in our kitchen works and looks fine.
The downside though: communication and installation speed.
We picked a delivery day when we ordered, but arrival window was communicated the day before, which was annoying. Glad we were able to move around some work stuff so we were available.
The other downside was how fast they installed things. Might sound weird, but it was so fast I was worried they skipped steps. The oven and microwave were installed in 15 min (including removal of the old ones). We blinked and it was done. Still kinda paranoid they didn't pay close enough attention to detail.
I also had to adjust burner flame hight myself (the last appliance store did that for you), and both appliances had a number of grease smudges on them.
But overall, for the price, we're happy.”

I reserved a concrete saw for a four-hour rental, and the entire process couldn’t have been easier. The saw was ready and waiting when I arrived, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the pickup process.
Returning the equipment was just as simple and hassle-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
All in all, a great experience. Excellent customer service, convenient rental process, and everything was ready as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent equipment from the Bensalem Home Depot again. Five stars!”

The manager Caleb was so amazing and helpful when I accidentally canceled my online ship to store when we were coming to pick up for curb side and the online customer service told me “ too bad, you’ll have to reorder it and ship it all over again “ even thought it was sitting there at the store. He worked it out and we were were able to pick it up. Huge thank you to him!”

An item I was looking for said it was plenty in stock yet there weren't any to be found and even with assistance from the manager the item couldn't be found. Overall staff did their best but after about 45 minutes of searching I gave up.”

He was walking pass and asked everyone if they needed any help. Both of us came running 🏃♀ . He took his time and made sure everyone had what they needed, no rush and helped us check out.
