“I work at a business a few doors down from the Bryn Mawr UPS store and live right around the corner. For security sake, I have all my packages delivered to this store rather than have packages sitting outside my apartment door. Just about every time I go in, they know who I am and have the package ready before I get to the counter. They have also occasionally walked the package over to my workplace unprompted. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly. I pass the store on my walk back and forth to work and they very often give me a wave hello. Just a nice place all around.”

Plus, custom duty cleared in a day!The staff were very helpful and they knew exactly what kind of paperwork was needed to clear the package (Customs, etc.) at the desired location.My package was also handled with care. “The employee was a young man who goes to college in Florida. When I was there I was organizing my packages and he spent a half hour trying to help older woman find a return label on her phone. They never did find it, but seeing how kind he was and never got angry or mad was amazing to me. He is the sweetest guy and I love seeing him when I go into this location”

“Today with a 7 months baby and my wife needing to get their passports done we were very happy with the wonderful service at this USPS location as walk-ins. We were rejected by Ardmore staff even though we showed up within the walk-in period. At Ardmore USPS there was two staff at the counter taking applications, I was told that because only one staff was available so no walk-in will be served. At Narbeth USPS we were late for our appointment and turned away. USPS is not interested in taking care of customers. At Drexel Hill USPS it was totally a welcoming place to their customers. We were treated with respect and courtesy by both staff on duty. This is sorely missing at other USPS locations. Sad to say I try to limit my exposure.”

“I went here today after going to four other post offices in the west Chester/Malvern area... I was cashing a postal money order & luckily this was finally the one who had enough money to cash it. It's wasn't a huge amount either so I don't understand why the others wouldn't have had it. The woman who was as the desk was super nice & personable also. Thank you for turning around my day!”
