“Dan at UPS in Newtown Square is the absolute best! He is always so kind, helpful, efficient, and makes shipping out packages such an easy process! “I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!”

“5 Stars – Exceptional Service & True Problem Solvers! About three years ago, our clinic needed to ship a large, critical piece of medical equipment out of state. I visited four other UPS stores first, but every single one turned us down, claiming the equipment was too large to ship through them, or quoting an outrageously high price. As a last place, I brought it to this UPS Store, and they were an absolute lifesaver. They took a look at our equipment and found a way to ship it at a very fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they packaged it themselves with extreme care to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit. Thanks to their outstanding service, an important issue for our clinic was resolved smoothly. Ever since that day, this is the only UPS Store I use. Highly recommended”
