“Lied about in stock items! I would have just purchased the living room set online but went into the store to be sure I liked it. Ralph assured me both pieces were in stock to deliver the following week. Not only did the loveseat go on backorder a few days later when my sofa arrived it was a damaged clearance floor model! I sent it back and when I called they apologized confirmed the sofa is also out of stock if I wanted a new one and gave me credit for the delivery charge. I would have been fine to wait a few weeks if Ralph had just been honest. Since clearing the space for the new furniture, I now have no living room furniture with a family of 5 for 2 weeks at minimum since I don’t have a new delivery date. I’m sorry but I do not expect this type of service from Raymour and Flanigan.
11/11/2025 *Update* ultimately I canceled my order but wanted to update my review. Everyone else I engaged with including the store manager Walter was exceptional and responsive. After an upsetting encounter with Ralph once again i think it’s safe to say this was an isolated situation. I am still a customer of Raymour & Flanigan but for this purchase I went to the main store down the road.”

“I am so happy I found this company! They helped me replace the inner foam and mattress top of my 15-year-old sleep number bed. I don't know of any other company that does this kind of replacement, and it's helping prolong the life of my bed.
Their customer service is top notch. I asked questions via phone and website, and they were always responsive and happy to help. When I wasn't happy with something I ordered, they chose to replace it at no charge to me. There was a really fast turnaround on items they shipped me.”
“Purchasing the couch was pleasant and simple. Sheila allowed me time to test out the couch and took my payment info over the phone since I forgot my wallet. Delivery was also easy. I was given a window of time for their arrival and got a call from them 30 min prior to their arrival. The delivery men were efficient, careful and pleasant. They allowed me a moment I needed to put floor protectors on the bottoms of the couch. I highly recommend them.”

“I was looking for a white/cream/tan sleeper sofa. I walked in to HFC on the advice of a friend, and asked the store manager for this type of item. He immediately showed me a couch just in, explained its background, gave dimensions and specs on the mattress, and said that this sofa is one of the best sleepers the store typically receives. I appreciated the context. I thought about it for two days, then called in and ordered it over the phone on the spot. I worked with their delivery partners that day to deliver it. The sofa was significantly less than similar three-seat sleepers at retail price. When I had the couch fully situated in my apartment - I saw it was the perfect color and size for the space! Overall, the HFC store manager was knowledgeable and professional, and the store had what I was looking for. Thank you, HFC!”
“I shop at Target weekly. This store is always clean and organized. The Starbucks is great- I do wish they would bring back the seating there. The Cafe with Pizza Hut items is rarely open when I'm there. I'm sure that has to do with demand but I'd love to see it open more. While I always walk in for one item and leave having bought 10 or more, I do wish they would reconsider their relationship with AT&T. The sales reps at try so hard to connect but I find it a but annoying to be asked about my phone service every time when I'm just trying to get in and out.”

Gwyn was friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions and made every effort to work within my budget. Gwyn provided me with plenty of samples to take home and find the right look. In the end, Calico provided me with a great mix of window treatments. Extremely happy with Gwyn and the service at Calico. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them.”
